What I Learned from this Class
At first, I was considering trying to test out of this class because I have been using computers ever since I was eight, but I knew I would fail the Excel part of the test. I am so glad I took the class since I have learned so much about not just Excel, but also on Word and PowerPoint. I plan on becoming a teacher and the skills I learned from this class will without a doubt help me in my future career.
In the Excel assignment below, I had to put everything I learned in the chapter and put them to use. Previous to this class, I did not have a clue as to how to use Excel. Now, I am confident in Excel and really enjoy it! I've even caught myself using Excel for everyday things now like creating a shopping list or even budgeting my money.
In the Word assignment below, I formatted a report using everything I learned in the chapter. It's amazing how knowing a few things in Word can make your report go from looking rather dull to really amazing and it makes it easier to read as well.

This PowerPoint presentation is detailing the trip I had in Japan that I took while attending SLCC for my Study Abroad class. Creating it brought back a lot of memories and it was a very fun assignment. In the PowerPoint chapter, I learned little things that I had forgotten that really makes a more enjoyable presentation.
